There are two ways to check our order No.

1. After your order is dispatched, you will get the email which attached the tracking No. and carry from paypal account, so you can check your email.
2. If you are our VIP member, just login your account then you can check your tracking No. anytime.

Delivery Status remind: Once your package is displayed as "Attempted Delivery", we will send you an email to remind you of collecting the package from the post office, so please keep checking your emails often.


CANCEL ORDER
We can cancel the order for you if you contact us in time after your purchase.


1. If contact us within 24 hours after your payment finished, 5% of the order total will be charged as transaction fee. 
2. If after 24 hours, 15% of the order total will be charged as transaction and handling fee. 
3. Orders can't be canceled once the parcel is shipped out or we have already begun to custom the hair extension.
